Description: The development of 12 new build apartments at Gray Street, Northampton consisted of the demolition of existing buildings and structures and the development of a design to seemlessly blend in with the existing street scene. Planning permission for the project had been sought by the developers and we where appointed by the project managers to progress the design from planning stage through to completion. Particular attention to detail was required in order to match the existing apartment blocks adjacent and to comply with current planning legislation and building regulations. |
