Photo 1 Hotel at Brackmills - The WNDC Planning Committee resolved to approve the amended 75 bed hotel at their meeting on 24 February. The project is now out to tender for a design build contract due to commence Spring this year. |

Photo 2 Kingsthorpe Grove - We have recently gained planning consent for a residential development scheme on a prominent corner site which makes a considerable contribution to the regeneration of the locality. Arranged over two and three storeys it contains one and two bedroom units and includes social housing, mobility units and a penthouse with views across the adjacent golf course. Work on site is due to commence in April 2009. |

Photo 3 Great Missenden Community Fire Station - We have recently gained planning consent for the Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority for the refurbishment and extension of the Fire Station which lies within a Conservation Area and is virtually surrounded by listed buildings. The scheme design will present our client with a building that enables the Fire Service to provide an improved level of service to the public and to pursue their philisophy of engaging with the community and encouraging social interaction. |
