Description:The 22,500 sq.ft unit comprised of 5 terraced business units. This project was built on a speculative basis for Darby Investments Ltd. The building was constructed using a steel portal frame with external composite cladding panels, profile metal sheets and brick feature walls to the front elevation. WP Architects were appointed by the contractors to provide working drawings, obtain building regulation approvals and discharge any outstanding planning conditions. The building was completed in a construction period of 24 weeks. |
