Description: A Mixed use development of 3 retail units and 34 apartments in Islington, London. The building currently under construction utilises a mix of materials including in-situ concrete, block work, brickwork, timber framing constructed off site and metal cladding to be site rolled to fit the unusual curved roof line. WP Architects were appointed by the contractors to provide working drawings, obtain building regulation approvals and discharge any outstanding planning conditions. 3D renderings were produced to test material colours for the external finishes. |
